Delegates will receive full booking confirmation and course details from NTRS on receipt of the non-refundable deposit.
Service Leavers who are to access MOD funds for their resettlement training will need to provide NTRS with their authorised MOD 1746 form before their booking can be confirmed.
It is the responsibility of the Service Leaver to obtain authorisation and claim for any resettlement grants. Where a Service Leaver completes a course booking with NTRS and is not successful in obtaining MOD funds thereafter, NTRS terms & conditions will still apply in full.
Where Service Leavers are authorised for ELC grants, NTRS will claim the full amount of ELC funding direct from ELCAS on completion of the course.
Should you wish to cancel your course booking with NTRS, you must notify us, in writing, at least 1 month before the course start date. Once the cancellation is received by NTRS, we shall refund you in full payment minus the 20% non-refundable deposit. No refund can be given in the event of non-attendance and the full course fees remain payable.
If NTRS must cancel a scheduled course due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, notice will be given and NTRS will (in full settlement of its liability to you) refund all payments that have been received. Alternatively, NTRS will transfer you to the next available course.
NTRS reserves the right to change the location where the course shall be run.
All, course material, documentation, course handouts and similar items are subject to copyright owned by NTRS and may not be replicated in full or part without the prior written consent of NTRS.
