Our recommendation would be the “Telecommunications Network Engineer” 3667/7574 (level 3) course which involves six weeks intense training at our National Academy; followed by the potential offer of a further few weeks of work experience in the field training at your convenience.

Why not arrange to come and visit our Training Academy and have a chat.  For details see our contact us page or e-mail us. E-mail info@ntrs.co.uk or call our offices 0114 232 8290 to arrange a personal visit.

There is no time like the present!  There is no right time or wrong time, it really depends on you, whether you wish to start your resettlement training early, which allows you more time to plan for your future and suitable employment.  Or, start your training prior to your termination leave so that you are primed and ready to go straight into a work experience in-field training program or directly into an offer of employment.

It is entirely up to you!  You will be offered a work experience opportunity when you arrive at the training wing whether you wish to undertake the in-field training upon completion of the course or at a later date to suit your commitments.  ntrs working together with Linbrooke Services will ensure all necessary arrangements are made on your behalf  for your work experience in-field training program to be arranged and confirmed prior to your departure from our National Training Academy.

We will always endeavour to arrange your in-field training experience at a time and place to suit you, which is usually near to or where you intend to seek employment.

Speak to your  FSA Regimental Accountant, Squadron Clerks or Regimental Admin Office (RAO), your Resettlement Officer (RCMO), IERO, or a Career Transition Partnership Consultant they will direct you and offer you the best advice.
